Little Leaf Farms is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Shipping Associate to load outgoing shipments and unload incoming goods. You will manage inventory levels, prepare shipment documents, and coordinate with production and logistcs teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound goods, maintaining records, and carrying out packing and labeling tasks. The role requires adaptability for occasional weekend work and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Required education is a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Experience with barcode scanners, data entry, and inventory tasks is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Load outgoing shipments and unload incoming shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment with packing lists and bills of lading.
• Receive and inspect inbound goods and place in storage.
• Maintain accurate receipts and shipments records.
• Verify packing lists against POs for payment approval.
• Perform forklift/powdered equipment inspections as needed.
• Organize shipments between sites and replenish supplies as production requires.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving/shipping areas and adhere to GMP/HACCP.
