Job summary

HODGE is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely unload, load, and move materials within the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment while ensuring accurate handling and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment is a plus.
• Employees must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy equipment including forklifts and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely to move materials.
• Load/unload materials and secure/stack products.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate updates on material movement with peers and leadership.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
• Demonstrate HODGE values in daily work.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
