Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking an Utility Equipment Operator to support shipping and receiving operations in our California distribution center. You will operate RF devices and industrial lift equipment, move merchandise, and ensure accurate scanning and staging of products.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF units to assist in accurate movement of product.
• Ability to operate Industrial Lift Equipment – Order Picker.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions.

Responsabilités

• Pick up product from Staging Area and off load onto Rack Shelving units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks.
• Pick up product from Rack Shelving Units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks and off load onto Dock / Bay area.
• Scan merchandise using RF gun to ensure accurate tracking.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow safety programs.

In addition, the skill to operate Lift Equipment, RF units, and physical skills to lift or push / pull substantial product weight.
