Job summary

Everflow Supplies LLC in Carteret, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator/Puller to assist with receiving, inspecting, unloading, and organizing shipments while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, pull and prepare orders, load/unload trucks, and keep accurate inventory records while collaborating with the team to hit daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, count inventory, and complete documentation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Pull and prepare orders by selecting items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring that goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse space.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
