Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Minster, Ohio is seeking a Permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations with Yogurt products.

The role offers weekly pay, base pay, overtime, and a clear path for schedule flexibility with 44–55 hours per week on the two shifts. Benefits start after 30 days including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Flexible schedule and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, and loading/unloading of trucks.
Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour.
Perform duties within contract performance measurement guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Material Handler Positions Pay Weekly

Base pay: $23.00 per hour

.50 increase after 6 mo and 1 year

Overtime Pay: $34.50 per hour

Additional Pay:

Productivity Incentives: Eligible to earn up to an extra $10/hr

Monthly attendance bonuses

Sign-on bonus:

$1,000 bonus paid in four installments at 30, 60, 90, 180 days

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred

Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
