Job summary

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate II - Forklift Operator to efficiently store, ship, and receive palletized products while adhering to safety, security, and productivity standards. The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime shift with starting pay of $20.00 per hour and potential overtime.

You will load/unload freight, stack in storage, pick and assemble orders, operate forklifts and RF scan guns, assist with inventories, maintain clean work areas, and communicate with team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and understanding basic English; basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, initiative, reliability and teamwork.
• Ability to use RF scan guns, tablets, and WMS technology.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and accurately.
• Stack products in designated storage areas.
• Rotate products based on customer specifications.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and maintain inventory integrity.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, or repack as needed.
• Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Report damaged, lost, or missing products promptly.
