Job summary

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate II – Forklift Operator to efficiently store, ship, and receive palletized products while upholding safety, security, and productivity standards.

This role is based in a chemical facility environment requiring adherence to PPE and safety procedures, with the position offering steady hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Basic math, counting, and computer skills.
• Experience with RF scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management System technology.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely load and unload freight, ensuring accuracy.
• Stack products in designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
• Rotate products based on customer specifications.
• Maintain the integrity of customer inventory and assist in leading physical inventories.
• As needed, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, or repacking tasks.
• Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment.
• Safely operate all material handling equipment.
• Identify and report damaged, lost, or missing products to warehouse leadership.
• Conduct daily inspections of all material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
