Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator in Charlotte, NC to distribute and unload products per orders while complying with OSHA requirements. You will operate PIT equipment, track inventory, and ensure accurate loading and labeling on trailers.

Tasks include barcode scanning, bay organization, and supporting the annual physical inventory with a focus on food-safety standards. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate forklift safely per OSHA regulations.
• Experience handling barcode scanners and shipping/receiving processes.
• Accuracy in pulling, labeling, and loading products per orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment and perform daily inspections.
• Complete load sheets and document product movements accurately.
• Assist with trailer inspections and dock safety practices.
• Consolidate inventory and maintain orderly bays.
• Support annual physical inventory and warehouse housekeeping.
