Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator in Buford, GA to handle loading, unloading and picking with powered equipment in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork while meeting daily productivity targets.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of related warehouse experience, basic math and English communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Forklift certification is expected to be completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift 70–150 lbs.
• Basic English communication.
• Able to complete forklift licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and/or pick products using powered lifting equipment (stock picker, reach truck, etc.).
• Support a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Demonstrate commitment to company core values.
• Interact with supervisors and teams on immediate tasks.
• Participate in improvements to the distribution process in group settings.
