Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Winder, GA to load and unload pallets, move materials, and keep production moving safely. The role is on-site with standard forklift duties and safety expectations.

Hourly pay is $17.00. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential overtime as needed and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind
