Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is looking for a Forklift Driver at our USA Chantilly facility. The Material Handler-Warehouse Operator will operate forklift equipment to ship, receive, pick, and move goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, stocking, scanning, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in every task. The role requires high school diploma and forklift certification, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric forklift to load outbound shipments and move products.
• Load and direct orders accurately to doors and trailers.
• Unload inbound shipments and place products in storage areas.
• Pick orders and stage products for client requirements.
• Verify product quality and report damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance in the warehouse.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklifts and equipment daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to business needs.
