Job summary

DSV is seeking a Material Handler-Warehouse Operator in Chantilly, VA to operate forklifts for shipping, receiving, and picking. You will count, inspect, and stage products, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, locating storage, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. A forklift certification and at least 6 months in logistics are preferred; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Must be able to operate MHE and forklift training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment to load/unload, move, and stack product.
• Load outbound shipments and ensure alignment with doors/trailers per SOP.
• Process receiving, picking, and packing tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report damages or discrepancies.
• Comply with safety, OSHA/MSDS standards and site policies.
