Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator and Customer Service Specialist in Levittown, PA to join a busy HVAC parts facility. The role combines hands-on warehouse tasks with counter sales support, including parts lookup and order processing.

A valid forklift certification and strong organization are essential. The position is contract-based, with pay at $21.00 per hour and a 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Drug test and background check (last 7 years) required.
• Experience operating electric sit-down/stand-up and propane forklifts required.
• Counter sales or customer service experience required.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials.
• Receive goods, verify against shipment records, and inspect condition.
• Pack items for shipment according to specifications and methods.
• Record received and shipped items following procedures.
• Route materials to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation.
• Assist customers at the counter by looking up parts and processing orders.
