Customized Distribution Service in Allentown, PA is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm). The role involves moving, stacking, and preparing packages, operating powered forklifts, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Three to six months forklift experience with Sit-Down, Stand Up, Walkie Rider or Hi-Lo.
• Three to six months warehouse experience in a distribution setting.
• Prior exposure to RF-based warehouse technologies and RF equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products and verify quantities.
• Operate multiple forklift types (Sit-Down, Stand Up, Walkie-Rider, Hi-Lo).
• Maintain equipment competency and certify safe operation.
• Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to move and locate products.
• Pick orders for transport and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Support daily housekeeping and training of new hires.
• Adapt to varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
