JOB SUMMARY

Cumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for fast-paced and motivated Warehouse Forklift Operators to perform a variety of tasks including operating forklifts, picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging outbound orders. Operators are also responsible for maintaining product storage and rotation, handling finished products safely and efficiently, communicating effectively with team members, and following GMP and SOP regulations.

Our brand represents the wholesomeness of dairy shared with communities and loved ones. STARTING HOURLY RATE:

• $20 per hour

SCHEDULE: Five days a week, Sunday through Thursday (8-hour shift)

Third Shift Schedule: 10pm - 6:30am

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum six months of experience operating a forklift in a high-efficiency environment
• Forklift operator’s certification required
• Ability to pass a written and driving forklift skills test
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Proficiency in basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend throughout the shift
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds when assisting others
• Ability to work in an environment maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
