Summary/Objective

This position requires knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes, flexibility in job assignments, and the ability to operate Lift Equipment, RF units, and perform physical tasks such as lifting or pushing/pulling substantial product weight.

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Pick up product from Staging Area and offload onto Rack Shelving units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks.
• Scan all merchandise accurately using RF gun.
• Pick up product from Rack Shelving Units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks and offload onto Dock / Bay area.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety programs while operating and not operating material handling equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies

• Technical knowledge of WMS.
• Experience with RF units & processes.
• Accurate product movement using scanning.
• Ability to operate industrial lift equipment, including order pickers (comfortable with heights/elevation).
• Physical ability to lift/move products.
• Ability to work independently.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, light industrial setting.

Physical Demands

• High physical activity including lifting, standing, and walking.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including weekends.
• Pass lift assessment with a push/pull requirement of 250 lbs.
• Ability to operate electric lift, forklift, and tugger.
• Operate RF gun.
• Effective communication skills.
