Warehouse Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift (Transportation)

Job Summary
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We are hiring dynamic Warehouse Forklift Operators who excel in driving a forklift and are passionate about ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of medical equipment. If you're proactive and detail-oriented with a knack for organization, we want you to join our growing team!

Shift and Compensation
Available for 2nd shift, with working hours from 1pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. Starting pay rate is $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize medical equipment within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure timely shipments.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes.

Qualifications
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand, bend, or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable with computer tablets, monitors, and scanners.

Training Period
During a 5-tier training program, operators will learn:
1. Forklift operation and safety
2. Order picking and packing procedures
3. Inventory management
4. Warehouse organization and layout
5. Quality assurance and compliance
The training may also include workplace policies, emergency procedures, and updates on safety regulations.
