Pentair has a job opportunity for you!

Join us as a Forklift Operator in our Manitowoc, WI facility! Under the direction of the Warehouse or Production Supervisor, the Forklift Operator will move material with a forklift to meet production, shipping, and receiving schedules per company safety requirements while also meeting customer quality expectations.

You Will:

• Accurately locate materials and complete inventory transactions into Oracle
• Recharge forklift batteries and/or change propane tanks.
• Pass a written test on safe forklift operations and demonstrate the ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Operate a forklift per defined procedures and safety practices
• Identify and move raw materials and finished product.
• Inspect forklift and perform preventative maintenance as required.

• The anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $23.25 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium

More details about the opportunity:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous warehouse receiving and shipping experience preferred.
• Accurately read, count, weigh and measure.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Regularly lift 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds and have ability to use lift equipment.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!): 2pm - 10pm, Monday through Friday.

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
