Rovensa Next in Waxahachie, TX, is seeking a Machine Operator to support warehouse operations, moving materials with forklifts and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. The role requires safety focus and thorough record-keeping.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, material labeling, and supporting audits. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work and be able to lift up to 56 lbs, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklifts in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 56 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Must reside near Waxahachie, TX.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.
• Lead daily Shipping and Receiving operations.
• Verify received and shipped quantities against work orders and documentation.
• Identify, report, and document damaged or missing materials with lot traceability.
• Ensure materials are labeled with item and lot numbers.
• Maintain accurate documentation during Shipping and Receiving.
