Job summary

Nutrenare-Ag, part of Rovensa Next, is hiring a Machine Operator to join our Waxahachie, Texas team. You will load and unload raw materials, manage shipping and receiving, verify quantities, and maintain accurate records in SAP.

The role requires forklift competency, attention to safety, and strict adherence to quality procedures. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing or warehouse environments, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 56 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating shifts and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 56 lbs)
• Reside near Waxahachie, TX
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP preferred)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.
• Lead daily Shipping and Receiving operations, ensuring activities follow procedures and priorities.
• Verify received and shipped quantities by comparing inventory against work orders and documentation.
• Identify, report, and document damaged or missing materials while maintaining lot traceability.
• Ensure materials are labeled with proper item and lot numbers.
• Maintain documentation during Shipping and Receiving processes.
• Allocate and organize storage space based on material type and size.
• Maintain inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging in physical and system records (SAP preferred).
• Deliver Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers and management as required.
• Serve as the contact for internal Safety audits, ISO 9001:2015 audits, and customer audits related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Act as the direct responsible party for forklifts assigned to Shipping and Receiving.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.

We are currently hiring a Machine Operator to join our Waxahachie team.

What You’ll Do,Key Responsibilities:
