Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License required.

• High level of accuracy under pressure and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hour.
• Meet performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour + $1.50 shift pay.

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 6:00 pm–4:30 am (overnight shift).

Work Site

Warehouse facilities handling paper products. Sit‑down forklifts and clamp truck.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships across all levels.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance.

• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
