Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment.
• Highly thorough and dependable with good attendance.
• Must be punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses initiative and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule with various shifts; health and safety aware.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, BOL, etc.).
• Provide technical support for automated packing system during production shifts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
