Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Material Handler / Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distributed network. This role involves forklift operation, order picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting in a clean, safety-focused facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and assist with cycle counting and audits.
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and contract performance measures.
• Other duties as assigned.
