Job description

Warehouse Forklift Driver

Location: Braselton, GA.

We are looking for experienced forklift drivers to operate Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment in our distribution center. The role includes scanning, pallet handling, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Shifts

• Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (Benefits included)
• Tuesday – Saturday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (Benefits included)

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Brand forklifts: Order Picker (OP) and Reach Truck (RT).
• Scan put-aways to reserve locations, Pull from Reserve (PFR), High Volume Singles (HVS), and Module (MOD) tasks.
• Move pallets from outbound (OB) drop zones to back‑stock areas and place pallets from drop zones to back‑stock locations.
• Use a hand‑held device to perform scanning and look up functions in Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS).
• Handle cartons, store pallets, and use shrink‑wrap to secure pallets.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT), and/or Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS).
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
• Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to meet or exceed Labor Management (LM) Rates on a weekly basis.
• Flexible to work alternative schedules during peak season and other high‑volume times.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Physical requirements: bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders; lift up to 75 lbs.; walk/stand 90% of the day; elevate on an Order Picker or Swing Reach up to 35 ft.

Preferred Qualities

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS).
