Forklift Driver (ID: 32865224329) – Full Time, Non-Exempt. Reports to Wayne Womack, Department 9108 – Hub Receiving, Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Grade 5, Location: Dayton, NJ. Proposed Salary Range: $19.00/hr – $20.50/hr.

Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to ensure completion of all manual and on‑task tasks by the end of each day.
- Complete daily pick for the hub using the inventory management system.
- Use orders to determine where items need to be moved – may or may not include power equipment.
- Maintain and uphold inventory accuracy using the warehouse system.
- Complete all staging and sweeping tasks using power equipment.
- Load, unload, stack, and stage products using multiple types of power equipment.
- Ensure organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily.
- Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
- Other duties as instructed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
- On‑site and in‑office role.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
- Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
- Willing and able to be cross‑trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and fast learner.
- Flexible to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable walking/standing 100 % of the day.
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
