Job description

Warehouse Forklift Driver

2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 3:30 pm–12:00 am.

Location: Braselton, GA.

Responsibilities

• The forklift driver is responsible for scanning put-aways to reserve locations, pull from reserve (PFR), high volume singles (HVS), and module (MOD) tasks. May also move pallets from outbound (OB) drop zones to backstock areas, and/or place pallets from the drop zones to backstock locations.
• Certified to operate Raymond Brand Forklifts: Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT), Swing Reach (SW), and Dock Stocker (DS).
• Work at a pace that is consistent with departmental productivity and quality standards.
• Use a hand‑held device to perform scanning and look up functions in Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS).
• Handle cartons, store pallets, and use shrink wrap to secure pallets.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT) and/or Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS).
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
• Capable of reading and matching numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to meet or exceed Labor Management (LM) rates on a weekly basis.
• Flexible to work alternative schedules during peak season and other high-volume times.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focused on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS).

Physical Requirements

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable walking or standing 90% of the day.
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft.
