Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate cherry pickers and support daily logistics in a climate-controlled facility in the United States. This role offers full-time hours, formal training, and opportunities for growth within a stable, no-layoffs environment.

Starting pay is $18.10/hour plus a $2 shift differential, with regular performance reviews and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend and lift regularly.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Read, write and follow established procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
• Store, maintain, stage, and transfer ingredients, components, finished goods, & supplies to appropriate work areas while ensuring accurate inventory via hand-held RF scanners and report discrepancies to the Inventory Coordinator.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage appropriately in receiving area.
• Maintain proper lot rotation according to FIFO guidelines and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients, returned bulk, and other materials with appropriate department management.
• Maintain warehouse areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices cleanliness and safety guidelines.
