Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate a cherry picker in our distribution center. Training provided; prior experience with cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.

The role offers a starting pay of $18.10/hour plus a $2 shift differential, with regular performance reviews and a Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm schedule. We provide comprehensive benefits and a climate-controlled indoor environment.

Qualifications

Pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification.
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
Pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly during shift.
Good written and verbal communication across the organization.
Read, write, and follow established procedures.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Maintain performance in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment safely including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
Maintain accurate inventory via RF scanners and report discrepancies.
Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and stage in receiving area.
Maintain FIFO and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients and bulk materials.
Keep warehouse areas clean per GMP and safety guidelines.
