Job summary

Melaleuca in Knoxville, TN is seeking a warehouse associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our climate‑controlled distribution center. No prior cherry picker experience required; we provide full training and a safety‑first environment.

You will use RF scanners to manage inventory, load/unload trailers, and move items to correct locations while maintaining FIFO and high safety standards. Competitive starting pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification program.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization.
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and other tools safely.
• Store, maintain, stage and transfer ingredients, components, and finished goods with accurate inventory via RF scanners.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and stage in receiving areas.
• Maintain FIFO and coordinate disposal of expired materials with management.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and compliant with GMP and safety guidelines.
