Previous forklift experience is required. The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing, ensuring accurate movement of product in a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in food or distribution environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory and shipment issues.
• Reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move product and freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and release orders to support timely shipments.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Verify inbound and outbound trailer seals to ensure product security.
• Assign dock doors based on product location and shipping needs.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system issues.
• Ensure FIFO processes are followed.
• Complete and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Overview
