IQ Resource Group is seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. Location: Elkhorn, WI Pay: $19.50/hr with weekly pay! Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri

Position: Experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Reach Truck / Lean-to-place) warehouse worker who operates a stand-up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve pallets, often at high rack locations.

• Operating a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Picking up, transporting, and placing pallets in designated rack locations.
• Retrieving products from high shelving for order fulfillment.
• Loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Performing daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
• Following warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
