Job description

Warehouse Associate

PURPOSE: Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurately performing the duties and responsibilities described herein. Additionally, this position may operate company equipment and vehicles, adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, federal/state transportation laws, and company policies or procedures.

Job Summary

The candidate must be able and willing to:

  1. Barcode and process new boxes
  2. Pull access list
  3. Refile boxes/files
  4. Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction
  5. Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations
  6. Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment proficiently
  7. Perform safety checks on equipment before use, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher
  8. Safely proceed to assigned areas to pull, load, and move boxes
  9. Perform warehouse maintenance
  10. Make pickups and deliveries
  11. Perform vehicle maintenance
  12. Complete other duties as assigned
  13. At the end of each day, return equipment to the correct charging station and prepare it for overnight charging

  • Perform tasks at heights of 12-14 ft.
  • Use handheld computers, electric pickers, and operate vehicles like vans and bob trucks
  • Flexible with work hours and assignments
  • Willing to work overtime

  • Dependable, reliable, and mature in equipment handling
  • MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
