Responsibilities

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently, including at heights of 20–30 feet.
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping
• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Perform general warehouse tasks including inventory movement and organization
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following safety procedures and protocols
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking
• Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

This role involves operating a reach forklift at elevated heights (up to 30 feet), performing order picking, and supporting shipping/receiving functions. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, comfortable working with heights, and eager to be cross-trained in multiple departments.
