Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States (TX) is seeking a Logistics Engineer to drive world-class performance in warehouse operations, customer service, and productivity within our distribution centers. This role leads continuous improvement using SPS with a strong focus on warehouse flow optimization, design, and governance of process controls enabled by 4IR tools.

You will design, analyze, and continuously improve inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes, lead layout design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience improving warehouse flow and layout using IE and data-driven methods.
• Experience designing process control and governance systems in operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve warehouse flow processes to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Lead warehouse layout optimization using IE tools and CAD; support with data-driven scenarios.
• Govern process controls and KPIs to ensure stable, repeatable operations.
• Build digital dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for performance monitoring and decision making.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and operations to leverage 4IR solutions in daily operations.
