Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company in Windsor, CT is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily operations on the floor in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused role. You will coordinate receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping while ensuring safety and productivity.

The position is full-time in a non-temperature-controlled facility. You’ll lead by example, train team members, monitor inventory accuracy, and work with the team to meet customer commitments, with typical 8:30am–5:30pm shifts and company-paid

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and unloading of shipments and support loading dock operations
• Set daily stocking priorities and assign work based on operational needs
• Stock product and maintain organized inventory locations
• Monitor aisle organization, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Coach team members on safe, efficient warehouse procedures and address routine workflow issues
• Prioritize and coordinate product pulls, including backorders and replenishment requests
• Oversee preparation of outbound shipments and verify labels and order accuracy
• Lead physical inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and maintain a safe work area
• Order supplies as needed
