The role requires hands-on leadership in a non-temperature-controlled environment, with the opportunity to drive efficiency and teamwork across Saf-Gard locations. The position is full-time, with typical hours starting mid-morning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate daily workflow, set priorities, and delegate tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and coach staff.
• Working knowledge of order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and unloading of shipments and support loading dock operations.
• Set daily stocking priorities and assign work based on needs.
• Stock product and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Monitor aisle organization, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach team on safe warehouse procedures and address routine workflow issues.
• Oversee outbound preparations and verify labels and order accuracy.
