  • Administration: Ensure all vehicles are equipped with current registrations, insurance cards, accident-reporting packages, and fuel cards.
  • Driver Oversight: Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure all assigned drivers meet the Company’s Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards and maintain compliance with Vehicle Usage Agreements.
  • Vehicle Readiness: Audit vehicles to ensure they are properly stocked, clean, and meet the company’s appearance and security standards.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Warranty Part Management: Process and track all warranty parts, document component failures accurately, and coordinate the timely return of defective equipment to vendors and supply houses to secure company credits.
  • Returns & Credits: Process unused materials returned to the warehouse, ensuring accurate job cost credits, and handle returns to external supply houses.
  • Facility Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines.
  • Vendor Relationships: Work directly with vendors to establish optimal pricing and leverage promotional offers.
Tool & Safety Equipment Management
  • Tool Log Administration: Manage the check-in/check-out process for all company tools and equipment, ensuring strict accountability.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect tools for safe operating condition, verify that safety guards and power cords are intact, and coordinate repairs for damaged equipment.
  • Safety Stock: Maintain and dispense critical safety equipment, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, PPE, cut-resistant gloves, and respirators.
  • Tool Allowance Processing: Assist mechanics with processing and tracking approved tool allowance purchases.
Qualifications
