The Rooter Company in Brea, CA is hiring a Warehouse, Fleet & Equipment Manager to run the warehouse, manage the service fleet, and ensure technicians have the needed equipment daily. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

You will oversee asset tracking, schedule maintenance, and deliver monthly fleet reports while keeping costs in budget. This full-time role offers ownership of vehicles and equipment used by field technicians.

Formación

• 3+ years in warehouse, fleet, or equipment management ( trades/field services preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing/drain equipment (jetters, cameras, locators).
• Comfort with ServiceTitan, Fleet Pro, or similar asset and fleet tracking systems.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Run the warehouse as the central hub for field equipment, tools, PPE, and uniforms and document handoffs.
• Track field equipment with an asset register and check-out/check-in system; repair sewer cameras and drain equipment the same day.
• Inspect 7 vehicles weekly, schedule maintenance every 30–45 days, and keep logs and driver assignments in Fleet Pro.
• Report vehicle damage and accidents, coordinate claims, and manage fleet spend within budget.
• Coordinate uniform deliveries, handle minor shop repairs, recover equipment from departing employees, and deliver a monthly fleet/equipment report.

You will run our warehouse and shop, keep our service fleet maintained and on the road, and make sure every technician has the equipment, tools, and supplies they need each day. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Who You Are:

• You bring 3+ years of warehouse, fleet, or equipment management experience, ideally in the trades or field services.

• You have working knowledge of plumbing and drain equipment like jetters, sewer cameras, and locators.

• You are comfortable with ServiceTitan, Fleet Pro, or similar asset and fleet tracking systems.

• You are highly organized and bring a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.

• You hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and can lift 50 lbs.
