Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Finisher in Glendale, AZ to ensure quality and load integrity of finished goods for customer shipments. You will handle final assembly tasks, packing, labeling, and maintain documentation in a climate-controlled warehouse.

The role requires at least 1 year in distribution/logistics, stand-up forklift experience (preferably Linde), and familiarity with WMS systems. Monday–Friday schedule, growth-focused team, and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a distribution center or similar logistics role.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and working with warehouse processes like loading and palletizing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality before packaging or shipping.
• Consolidate, palletize, and optimize footprints to maximize storage and efficiency.
• Record defects or repairs and ensure finished goods are accounted for.
