Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Finisher to ensure the quality, accuracy, and load integrity of finished goods in the final stages of production or distribution. The role involves inspecting products, performing final assembly tasks, labeling, and packing, while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with quality control, shipping, and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ yrs experience operating stand-up forklifts.
• 1+ yrs experience in a distribution center incl. shipping, customer service, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging or shipping.
• Complete remaining assembly tasks (labels, coatings, components).
• Record defects, repairs, or adjustments and ensure finished goods are accounted for.
• Facilitate inventory flow through consolidation, palletizing, and space optimization.
• Collaborate with quality control, shipping, and production to ensure smooth workflow.
