Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Harvest Conditioner to support the seed harvesting process. You will help ensure harvested seeds are cleaned, sorted, dried, and treated to meet high quality standards to support agricultural productivity and sustainability.

The role offers evening hours with potential training on the 1st shift. The position emphasizes attention to detail, efficient work in a fast-paced environment, and basic understanding of seed treatment procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating seed processing equipment.
• Willing to train for first shift.
• Ability to work with cleaning and sorting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seeds are cleaned, sorted, dried, and treated to meet quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Work from 6pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with potential training on 1st shift.
