UNFI in Quincy, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and sanitation activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with regulations. Our Warehouse Supervisor team oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that goods are stored, handled, and dispatched efficiently. They are responsible for leading and motivating a fast‑paced team, optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, and utilizing WMS systems for reporting and order management. This role involves coordinating with other departments, overseeing shipping, and receiving activities, and implementing strategies for inventory control. Warehouse Supervisors also ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Onsite Role: This position requires the associate to perform all duties at one of our UNFI locations, such as a distribution center or office.
