Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance teammate at our Distribution Center in Massachusetts. You will operate powered equipment, perform general warehouse upkeep, and support snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot safety.

The role requires strong safety practices and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include cleaning powered equipment, handling baler/compactor recycling programs, lockout/tagout procedures, and coordinating with team members

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate all powered equipment within the warehouse.
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the entire warehouse and powered equipment.
• Provide general building upkeep and safety in parking lot and trailer yard.
• Perform snow removal, landscaping, and outside facility care.
• Handle recycling programs, baler, and compactor operations.
• Follow lock out/tag out procedures and manage hazardous materials.
