Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a maintenance/janitorial team member to keep club facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will move carts, perform routine cleaning, and operate maintenance equipment while ensuring proper safety practices are followed.

The role requires ability to handle physical tasks, outdoor/indoor work, and adherence to club standards. Flexible weekday/weekend shifts with potential for full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains cleanliness of all club areas including sales floor, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Gathers and returns carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Operates floor scrubber and other maintenance equipment following safety standards.
• Performs minor/routine repairs and notifies management when major work is needed.
