Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Associate to perform routine custodial and maintenance tasks in our Distribution Center in North Carolina. The role includes minor electrical and plumbing repairs, managing a preventive maintenance program, and supporting daily maintenance operations.

You will oversee grounds keeping, assist with upkeep and refinishing, paint walls, and operate forklift and related equipment. Requires 2–5 years in a DC maintenance role and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and 2–5 years in a warehouse maintenance role.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
• Able to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial and maintenance tasks in the DC interior and exterior.
• Oversee daily grounds keeping and inspect areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in the DC.
• Paint walls and woodwork; repair carpeting as needed.
