Job summary

Intelligent Green Solutions, a division of Innovative Solar Solutions, seeks a hands-on Warehouse & Facilities Technician to support operations at the Bainbridge, NY facility. The role combines warehouse duties, facility upkeep, light equipment servicing, and occasional on-site job support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, familiarity with forklifts and truck/trailer operation, basic mechanical skills, and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience with forklifts, trucks/trailers, and construction tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL not required, but a plus).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and perform physically demanding work.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform simple maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely for loading/unloading and moving materials.
• Perform manual work, including crating, packaging, and cutting metal profiles.
• Conduct lawncare and grounds maintenance around facilities.
• Perform basic servicing on heavy equipment (small track loaders/Bobcat, excavators).
• Assist with deliveries of parts and materials.
• Safely operate trucks with trailers to transport equipment or materials.
• Assist with equipment deliveries to customers or job sites.
• Support field teams on job sites 1–2 days per month for material movement.
• Maintain and use all basic construction tools effectively.
• Keep warehouse spaces organized, clean, and operational.
