Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction tools.

• Experience working on construction or technical crews.
• Valid Class D driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2–3 person installation crew.
• Assist with solar panel and electrical equipment installation.
• Handle and maintain tools and job site equipment.
• Support quality checks and job site safety.
• Coordinate with project management for daily tasks.
