Job summary

Harrison Energy Partners is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Associate to manage daily operation, organization, and maintenance of the warehouse, shop, yard, and company facilities. You will ensure materials, tools, and equipment are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role supports field operations through material staging, deliveries, facility upkeep, and general logistical support, requiring advanced forklift operation

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, logistics, construction, or related experience.
• Advanced forklift operating experience required, with the ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials in warehouse and jobsite environments.
• Demonstrated experience towing, maneuvering, and backing trailers of various sizes, including bumper-pull and fifth-wheel trailers.
• Ability to safely load, secure, and transport equipment and materials in accordance with company safety practices and DOT regulations.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, receiving, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and shelving.
• Label and maintain accurate identification of all materials and job-specific parts.
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for scheduled jobs.
• Maintain receiving logs, transfer documentation, and inventory records.
