Harrison Energy Partners seeks a Warehouse & Facilities Associate to run daily warehouse operations, organize inventories, and support field logistics. You will receive, inspect, and stage materials, maintain logs, and ensure safe, efficient transport of items to job sites.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, assembling basic equipment, and maintaining a hazard-free workplace. The role requires forklift experience, trailer handling, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, logistics, construction, or related experience.
  • Advanced forklift operating experience required, with the ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials in warehouse and jobsite environments.
  • Demonstrated experience towing, maneuvering, and backing trailers of various sizes, including bumper-pull and fifth-wheel trailers.
  • Ability to safely load, secure, and transport equipment and materials in accordance with company safety practices and applicable DOT regulations.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments and changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, receiving, and data entry preferred.

  • Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Secure materials and equipment for transport.
  • Record job names and destinations for all outgoing materials.
  • Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
  • Pick up parts and materials from vendors.
  • Assist technicians with material preparation and equipment assembly.
  • Assemble basic equipment or components as directed.
  • Provide backup logistical support during periods of high workload.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse, shop, and yard.
  • Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep.
  • Maintain warehouse tools and equipment in proper working order.
  • Report damaged tools, equipment, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Support special projects and other operational needs as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Facilities Associate is responsible for the daily operation, organization, and maintenance of the warehouse, shop, yard, and company facilities. This position ensures materials, tools, and equipment are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This one-person role also supports field operations through material staging, deliveries, facility maintenance, and general logistical support.

Required Licenses And Certifications
  • Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proof of current automobile insurance and vehicle registration, if operating a personal vehicle for company business.
  • Forklift certification required (may be obtained after hire if not currently certified).
