Job summary

Custom Cylinders, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Facilities Manager in Cary, IL. The role oversees receiving, storing, and shipping operations, and manages facilities maintenance with 3rd party contractors to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key duties include inventory control, scheduling shipments, and coordinating between CNC and assembly departments. Strong computer skills and prior leadership experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 2 years prior experience in similar role.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Ability to handle and manipulate small parts.
• Ability to stand for multiple hours per day.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds if needed.
• Experience managing people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all deliveries, verifying items and quantities.
• Store items neatly and safely in the warehouse.
• Deliver raw materials to the CNC department for manufacturing.
• Receive completed parts from CNC into inventory.
• Pull, kit and deliver components to assembly for final build.
• Pack completed parts for shipment and maintain accurate records.
